How can I check the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use on our website. You can contact us directly at charmonade@outlook.de if you need further assistance.

How long does delivery take?

It may take up to 72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Our fulfillment centers are located around the world. For domestic orders in Germany, it usually takes around 1-2 weeks.

Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors because we maintain relationships with our suppliers to deliver directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer delivery times, although we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been sent to your email address, simply go to our website and click on the “Track Order” page. From there, you can receive live updates about your order.

Can I cancel my order after I have already paid?

Once we have dispatched your product, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. However, once you have received it, you may return it for a refund. Please see our full refund policy for further details.
